Any audio recordings, spelling lists or images which you record for StepsWeb become the property of The Learning Staircase as soon as you save them to StepsWeb. We will not use your audio recordings, spelling lists or images, but we need to be able to manage the database and this may include moving or copying those data files to another server. To maintain the efficient running of the StepsWeb server, we need to be able to freely move or copy these files and to do that we need to own them.
